Digital Delivery

Invest2Innovate primarily offers services such as conferences, workshops, and training programs.

1. Tickets, confirmations, and access details are delivered electronically via email to the address provided during registration or payment.

    

2. In case of any technical delay, system issue, or failed delivery, please contact us at info@invest2innovate.com with your name and payment reference, and we will resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.

2. Physical Delivery (if applicable) 

1. For select programs or merchandise (if offered), delivery within Pakistan is handled via reputable courier companies. Estimated delivery is within 5–7 business days. Invest2Innovate shall not be liable for delays beyond its control, such as courier disruptions or public holidays.

Complaints

We are committed to providing a transparent and supportive experience for our participants. For any complaints or queries regarding your registration, payment, or participation in our events: info@invest2innovate.com.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. If your complaint relates to an incorrect registration, duplicate payment, or event access issue, please share relevant documentation (such as payment receipts or confirmation emails) for quicker resolution.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your registration within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. 
• After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted; however, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us at least 72 hours before the event. 
• In the rare case that an event or program is cancelled or postponed by Invest2Innovate, participants will be offered a full refund or credit for future programs, as preferred.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1. Invest2Innovate operates a no refund policy except in the following cases: 

• Duplicate payment or technical error during checkout. 
• Event cancellation or postponement by Invest2Innovate. 
• Cancellation made within the 24-hour grace period. 

1. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after verification, through the original method of payment. 

No-Show Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued if a registered participant fails to attend an event without prior notice.

Returns & Exchanges

Since Invest2Innovate provides services, not physical products, there are no returns or exchanges.
For any program-related issue, please contact us, and we’ll work to find a suitable resolution.
