Our vision is to connect global investors to women-led ventures in Southeast Asia in order to increase access to capital, create financial equality, and independence. There is so much potential, innovation, and resilience in the Southeast Asia region that we are excited to present to the global stage.

- Are interested/actioning/strategizing/supporting/action in Gender Lens Investing and Co-investment with local and regional investors
- Have exposure to the startup world/early stage
- Made 1 - 2 investment (not mandatory)

Keith Ippel CEO & Cofounder, Spring Activator Inc.

With over 25 years experience as a leader in technology and impact businesses, Keith has accelerated companies and ecosystems and raised over $30m in angel investment and venture capital. A global keynote speaker, teacher, and advisor, Keith leads Spring and focuses on our strategic growth and global ecosystem advisory work. Keith has been riding his bike to work for over 10 years now- rain or shine!

Luan Tolosa Strategy & Operation Director, Spring Activator Inc.

Luan considers herself an expert generalist; passionate about using her technical knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and corporate background to empower people through entrepreneurship. At Spring, Luan’s focus includes our global ecosystem advisory work, international program management, and strategic and operational leadership of projects and programs. Luan is also the Co-Founder of SEWT and holds her MBA and Certificate in Social Impact from Queen’s University.

Graham Day Impact Investment Director, Spring Activator Inc.

Graham has extensive experience working with social enterprises in executive roles. Most recently, he worked as CFO with Sistema.bio—an award-winning company delivering renewable energy solutions to smallholder farmers in developing countries—where he raised over $15m in financing to fund the company's expansion across four continents. At Spring, he is thrilled to expand and enrich the impact investing ecosystem in Canada and help propel amazing businesses to new heights.

Veronica Mancassola Program Manager, Spring Activator Inc.

Linked to the world of innovation and entrepreneurship since she was a child, Veronica is a dynamic and open-minded polyglot and entrepreneur having lived and worked in Italy, Japan, and Chile. She has experience in fintech, venture capital, and in founding her own business focused on the circular economy. At Spring she leads programs that enable entrepreneurs along the challenging journey of starting a new business and boosting sales in a global market.

David Soukhasing Managing Director, ANGIN

David Soukhasing has been the Managing Director of ANGIN Investment since 2015, operating the largest early-stage investment network in Indonesia and ANGIN Advisory, consulting company in the field of entrepreneurship and the SDGs in Indonesia. He is also the Managing Partner of ANGIN Women Fund, which pioneered the field of gender lens investing in Indonesia. He was previously working at LGT VP, a global impact investor supporting organizations with social and environmental impact. David is also an Advisor for several organizations such as Teja Ventures, World Bank, UNDP, OXFAM. He graduated from HEC Paris and Sciences Po in Finance and Innovation.

Katherine Khoo Program Manager, Villgro Philipines

Kath has helped build impact enterprise acceleration programs across Southeast Asia, working closely with impact entrepreneurs in various industries. At Villgro Philippines, she leads efforts to build the pipeline and ecosystem for early-stage impact investing through the Impact Pioneers Network. Kath also oversees Villgro's health and climate verticals, leading program management and delivery for ShelterTech accelerator Southeast Asia and the ReachHealth Innovation Challenge. Prior to Villgro, she worked at PhilDev Foundation, running the ISIP Social Impact Accelerator in partnership with the UNDP and the Australian Embassy in the Philippines.

Nguyen Dang Tuan Minh CEO & Cofounder, KisStartup

Innovation and e-business expert, with 15 years of experience in working in startups consultancy, business development, management consultancy and training of digital enterprise management; lecturer of e-business, e-government, innovation and Vietnam foreign economy. Aiming to contribute positively to the development of young generations of Vietnam to be responsible leaders and managers and professionals for better competition and contribution to the community in global context through teaching, coaching and consulting. Since 2015, Minh founded KisStartup with the vision of becoming a flourishing COMMUNITY OF INNOVATORS, rooted in Vietnam and acting globally, that creates LONG-LASTING IMPACT.

Mehvish Arifeen CEO, Invest2Innovate (i2i)

Mehvish is an experienced Co-Founder and Women's Economic Inclusion and Business Development expert. She has a demonstrated history in creating impact for urban and rural women led micro,small and medium enterprises. Mehvish has specialized in Gender Mainstreaming, Financial Inclusion, Market Research, Operations and Cross-Sector collaborations. She is an entrepreneur and strategic management professional striving to build solutions through a gendered lens, specific to the socio-economic context of Pakistan.
