Complaint Resolution Process

  1. Acknowledgment: Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 2 working days.
  2. Review & Investigation: Our team will review your complaint and may contact you for additional details if required.
  3. Resolution Timeline: We aim to resolve complaints within 7–10 working days, depending on the nature of the issue.
  4. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to senior management, who will review your case within 5 working days.
