It’s like an accelerator, except we work with the founders in focused sprints to get from point A to point B faster – whether that means raising funding, growing revenue, or scaling into the MENA region. With targeted support, customized resources, and a collaborative community approach, i2iScale seeks to unlock the full potential of the founders

Track Specific Selection Criteria
- Monthly Revenue: Startups should have a minimum monthly revenue of PKR 500,000.
- Revenue Growth: Startups should demonstrate consistent month-over-month revenue growth of at least 20% for the past three months.
- Operational Duration: Startups should have been in operation for at least 6 months.
- Product Market Fit in the Current Market: The startup should have achieved a product market fit in the existing market. (exception in cases where the product is a better fit to target market in KSA or UAE)
- Market Expansion: Startups should have a clear plan and readiness to expand their business operations into Saudi Arabia or UAE in the first phase due to current engagements with potential partners and startup interests.
- Market Fit: Startups should have conducted market research indicating strong demand and potential for growth in the target market.
Operational Stability: Startups should have been in operation for at least 12 months. - Revenue Growth: Startups should demonstrate consistent month-over-month revenue growth of at least 20% for the past three months.
- Operational Duration: Startups should have been in operation for at least 6 months.
- Investment Readiness: Startups should be actively seeking to raise their next round of investment.
- Traction: Startups should demonstrate significant traction, such as a minimum monthly revenue of PKR 1,000,000 or a user base of at least 10,000 active users.
- Validation: Startups should have already secured some form of external validation, such as (most preferably) previous investment, partnerships, or notable accolades.
- Founder Coachability: The founder(s) shows a willingness to learn and accept feedback from the coaches, mentors, other founders, etc.

Originally an invest2innovate(i2i)’s travel-based accelerator, it shifted to a scalable program to meet the evolving needs of startup founders. The transition aimed to democratize access to resources and opportunities, breaking geographical barriers. i2iScale is particularly tailored for busy founders who often find themselves constrained by traditional accelerators with rigid curriculums. Unlike generic advice, i2iScale offers a solution designed for high-impact founders, providing them with targeted support that goes beyond one-size-fits-all approaches, allowing them to maximize their time and focus on strategic growth.
The program is designed to create a comprehensive ecosystem supporting diverse startup needs. Its objectives include providing scaling support, problem-solving, and growth enhancement alongside fundraising within a condensed 3 months time frame. i2iScale offers founders a tailored experience, combining mentorship, strategic guidance, and a collaborative community.
Startups interested in participating submit an online application. The invest2innovate(i2i) team reviews applications based on specific criteria, shortlisting the most promising startups. Shortlisted startups will attend a three-day i2iScale Readiness where they will be assessed on motivation, team dynamics and founder’s grit. By the end of i2iScale Readiness, each startup would have a 6-months value-driven roadmap to achieve their north star. Finally, the startups are selected for the three-month i2iScale Sprint which is tailored for each founder to guide them through their unique problem-solving journey, and ensuring that the support they receive is helping them get to their next milestone.
The Readiness Program employs a blended and immersive learning model, combining online learning modules, hands-on activities, and coaching sessions. Startups engage in problem statement refinement, growth, scalability, and fundraising strategies while being divided into community groups for peer-to-peer and mentor mentee learning.
Up to 10 startups undergo a three-month sprint, tailored for each founder to guide them through their unique problem-solving journey, and ensuring that the support they receive is helping them get to their next milestone, implementing their customized roadmap with the support of the i2i team and external coaches/mentors. The program includes mastermind sessions, open learning calls, on-demand coaching, subject-focused workshops, and networking opportunities.
Post the i2iScale Sprint, startups embark on a journey marked by unwavering support. This includes ongoing on-demand coaching, ensuring a guiding hand throughout, regular check-ins with tracking progress, and access to a robust network of mentors, advisors, and investors. This sustained commitment is not just a post-acceleration benefit but a cornerstone for the long-term success and growth of the startups. It establishes a solid foundation for continued refinement, strategic planning, and sustained innovation, propelling each startup towards enduring success in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
