Helping founders grow ideas into lasting impact.
We take a 360° approach to designing and executing programs that support founders, investors, and ecosystem actors. From getting startups investment-ready to enabling angel investors and ESOs across growth markets, we co-create tailored, high-impact initiatives with our partners to strengthen the entrepreneurial landscape.
Acceleration Programs
At i2i, we’ve supported startups since 2011 through accelerator programs tailored to local realities and founder needs. Today, our acceleration work goes beyond the traditional model — with sprints, coaching, and hands-on support designed to help startups grow, raise capital, and expand into new markets. Whether it’s our decade-long flagship accelerator or our latest execution-driven growth sprints, we center founders and outcomes — not checklists.
i2iScale
Execution-Focused Acceleration for Mature Founders
i2iScale is our bespoke, 12-week online accelerator built for post-revenue startups ready to grow, fundraise, or expand. Backed by Visa Foundation, the program offers tailored tracks — Growth, Fundraising, and KSA Market Entry — and wraps each startup in 1:1 coaching, expert consults, and direct investor connects.
We ditched one-size-fits-all playbooks to deliver what founders actually need: accountability, market expertise, and real traction. The results speak for themselves: 269% QoQ revenue growth, $2.2M+ in revenue generated, and multiple startups soft-landed in KSA.
This is an incredible program for founders! It provides roadmaps to success and templates for real growth.

WeRaise Program by World Bank
Women-led startups in Pakistan raised just 3% of the ecosystem’s total funding between 2015–2020 — not for lack of potential, but lack of visibility and access. WeRaise was created to change that. A self-paced, fundraise-readiness coaching program, WeRaise is designed to help women founders close deals with confidence, clarity, and connections.
Investors aren’t ignoring women founders — they just aren’t seeing them in enough deal flow. WeRaise brings women-led businesses to the front of the room, giving them the strategy, storytelling, and support they need to unlock capital and scale impact.

VentureSpark4Her
Investment Readiness for Women Entrepreneurs Across MENA
Venture Spark4Her was a dual-track initiative focused on equipping both women-led startups and the ecosystem players that support them. Delivered in partnership with IFC and World Bank under the Mashreq Gender Facility, i2i led the investment readiness component for 66 women entrepreneurs in Lebanon and Iraq, while also supporting 12 ESOs to better serve women founders on their path to capital.
In MENA, women entrepreneurs face systemic barriers to capital. Venture Spark4Her didn’t just train founders—it built local infrastructure by training intermediaries and creating a pipeline of investment-ready women-led businesses.
Spark4Her was a great opportunity to help innovative female entrepreneurs get equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to go on and lead confidence. It was like a mini-MBA for me! Great amount of information in this extensive and personalized training delivered with passion by innovators!

ESOs Capacity Building
We work with ecosystem support organizations (ESOs) to strengthen the infrastructure around startups. Through tailored training, mentorship, and toolkits, we help incubators, accelerators, and intermediaries design more impactful programs, better support diverse founders, and build resilient ecosystems in growth markets.

Strengthening Support Systems for Women Entrepreneurs
As part of a regional gender inclusion effort, i2i co-designed and delivered a capacity-building track for 12 ESOs in Lebanon and Iraq. Through a mix of workshops, coaching, and tailored resources, intermediaries were trained to better serve and invest in women-led startups—closing knowledge gaps and building gender-intentional system.
Ecosystem actors play a critical role in shaping how capital flows. This program focused on shifting internal practices and mindsets of ESOs to more effectively support women founders, creating a ripple effect across the pipeline.
Embedded gender lens investing frameworks into ESO program design
Angel Investing
We support the development of angel investing networks in emerging markets by training new investors, promoting inclusive investment practices, and expanding early-stage capital access. Our work includes workshops, community-building, and research to strengthen pipelines and unlock funding for high-potential startups.
InvestLab 2025
Building the Future of Startup Investment in KP
Invest Lab 2025 brought together 22 high-potential individuals—doctors, educators, industrialists, and tech professionals—for an immersive, hands-on investor training in Peshawar. Led by investment experts and ecosystem leaders, this three-day workshop equipped attendees with the tools to evaluate deals, understand legal frameworks, and build conviction to back bold founders.
This wasn’t just theory—it was action. The workshop catalyzed the first Angel Syndicate and Business Angel Network in KP, laying the groundwork for a region-driven investment ecosystem in a historically underserved province.

Beyond 2021
Cross-Border Angel Investing with a Gender Lens
As the lead organizing partner from Pakistan, i2i co-designed and delivered Beyond 2021, a first-of-its-kind cross-border angel investment training focused on gender lens investing. With ecosystem leaders across Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Canada, the 3-day training brought together 46 investors to explore deal sourcing, bias unpacking, and gender-intentional due diligence across South & Southeast Asia.
Despite global interest, few programs bridge investor education with cross-border collaboration and gender inclusion. Beyond 2021 tackled this head-on — spotlighting women-led ventures, facilitating co-investor connections, and equipping angels with practical tools to invest more equitably across borders.
- 46 investors trained from across Asia
- 5 countries represented: Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Canada
- Delivered by regional angel networks & ecosystem leaders
- Focused on bias, co-investing, and inclusive capital access
